Welsch Construction Co LLC has been building custom homes in the North Georgia mountains since 1986.

The owner, Steve Welsch, has 32 years of experience building homes. While he currently manages a skilled carpentry crew, he has many years of hands-on experience with framing, siding, interior trim, excavation, and remodeling.

Aside from custom home building, Welsch Construction builds commercial buildings and outdoor living spaces as well as remodeling and making additions to your existing home or business. Steve also has many years experience designing custom homes.
